The Nine Days of Artmas — a “pop-up” exhibit and silent auction of 40 paintings, photography and sculptures by artistic friends of the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts — will be held December 11th through December 19th. Artwork can be viewed online and in the Cherry Center during regular gallery hours: Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Be advised masks are required and all times and gallery entrance limited to three visitors at one time to follow social distancing guidelines.
All work will be for sale with proceeds benefitting the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts. The exhibit offers a wide range of artistic styles, imagery and influences, including a variety of mediums ranging from traditional paintings and drawings to pieces created with elements of photography, collage and sculpture. Artists and photographers include Eleen Auvil, Dixie Dixon, Robin Sawyer, Jan Wagstaff, Peter Hiller, Robin Winfield, Ginger Chih, Eduardo Fujii, Jim Dultz, Richard Cannon, Mary Liz Houseman and many others.
