The Carl Cherry Center will host eight artists during this year’s Monterey County Artists Studio Tour on October 8, 9 & 15, 16. Hours are 11:00 – 5:00pm Saturdays, and noon to 5:00pm Sundays. The event is free and open to the public.

Five artists will participate the first weekend of the tour (October 8, 9): student and professional image production and mural artists of Hijos Del Sol; Rhaea Maurel, ceramics and painting; Celine Picus, acrylic and oil painting; Holly Rose, hand sewn lampshades; and Gloria Shaw, mono prints and painting. Six artists will participate the second weekend (October 15, 16): Jean Vengua, mixed media drawing and painting; Kate Warthen, oil and watercolor painting; Christine Watten, painting, drawing, and ceramics; Rhaea Maurel; Holly Rose; and  Gloria Shaw.
