SUMMARY:Soapbox Stageworks Presents: Summer Comedy Kickoff!
DESCRIPTION:It’s time to celebrate the carefree days of summer\, and what better way than a night of comedy! Soapbox Stageworks presents four hilarious one-act plays that will lift your spirits and leave you laughing for days. Friday\, June 27th through Sunday\, June 29th. Curtain time is 7:00pm for the Friday and Saturday performance\, and 2:30pm for Sunday. Tickets are $35 general admission\, available on their website\, SoapboxStageworks.org. \n\n“Break a Leg” by Max Jackson- An understudy is thrust into a performance with a notorious Diva actress\, let’s just say\, things get interesting.\n“Gentlemen’s Agreement” by Rich Rubin – When two Irishmen wrangle over the selling of a couch an unexpected past arises.\n“Elephant in the Room” by Kacie Michele- Four strangers get stuck in an elevator and how they cope is less than conventional.\n“Judy’s Place” by Karen Devaney- A beloved pub is in danger of getting bulldozed when its owner suddenly dies. Friends and patrons gather as a far fetched scheme is devised to save the place.\n\n
