Opening Reception: Friday, September 2nd, 5 to 7 p.m.
A long-time resident, and native son of the Peninsula, Galyn ‘Doc’ Hammond was a regular at the Monterey Jazz Festival from its first shows in 1958 until 2013, the year before he passed away at the age of 91. This exhibit is a tribute to three of the things that he loved most: photography, music and the Monterey Peninsula.
The exhibit can be seen Monday – Friday, 11 to 4 p.m, through September 30th.
